Book a demo
Give us 30 minutes. We'll show you the product.
Not a pitch. We run a real order from online checkout to the customer's doorstep, and you ask whatever you want along the way.
- 30 minutes
- Product first
- No pitch deck
- No discovery call first
Here's exactly how the 30 minutes goes.
First 5 min
You talk. We listen.
How you operate today, what's held together with tape, and what actually hurts — the line at 4:20, the menu that's wrong, the driver you can't find.
Next 15 min
One real order, end to end.
Not slides. A customer orders online, the order lands on the dispatch board, a driver gets assigned and routed, ID is scanned at the door, signature captured, inventory and compliance sync. The whole loop, live.
Last 10 min
Your questions, straight answers.
Pricing, migration, timelines, what we don't do yet. If something isn't a fit, we'll say so on the call rather than three emails later.
Who's worth having on it
Owner or GM
The numbers questions land here — margins, stack cost, what switching actually takes.
Whoever runs delivery
Dispatch and the driver app are where most of the 15 minutes goes.
A budtender or manager
They'll spot in 30 seconds whether checkout is faster than what you use now.
One person is fine too. We'll record nothing you don't want recorded.
What you leave with
- An honest read on whether CannaCtrl fits your operation — including if it doesn't.
- A switch plan with real dates, if you want one.
- What your current software stack costs you a year, if you haven't added it up.
What we won't do
- — Make you sit through a discovery call before you're allowed to see the product.
- — Send a 40-slide deck instead of answering the question.
- — Invent a discount that expires Friday.
Before you book
How long is the demo?
30 minutes. If you want longer, we'll book a second session — we'd rather end on time than run over.
Do I have to sit through a discovery call first?
No. The first call is the demo. You see the product running a real order in the first ten minutes.
What if we're mid-contract with our current POS?
Common, and worth talking through. We'll map a switch timeline around your renewal date — migration, configuration and training are free, and you don't pay until you're live.
Can you show delivery specifically?
Yes, and it's where most operators want the time spent: dispatch board, driver assignment, route optimization, ID scan and signature at the door, and how it all lands back in compliance records.
Pick a time that works.
Thirty minutes, and you'll know whether this runs your business better than what you have.
