Days 1–3
Data migration
Products, customers, purchase history, loyalty balances, Metrc tags, tax rules, discounts and employee permissions come over. You review everything before go-live.
Days 4–7
Configuration
Taxes, purchase limits, delivery zones, hardware and compliance workflows configured around the way you already operate — not the other way around.
Days 8–11
Team training
Budtenders learn checkout. Dispatch learns the board. Drivers learn the app. Short sessions on the workflows each role actually uses.
Days 12–14
Parallel run → go live
Both systems run through one weekend — Friday to Sunday — so nothing is left to faith. Monday morning, you cut over. We're on call all day.

Your switch concierge runs the migration, the configuration and the go-live — and answers when you call. Support from people who know cannabis, not people reading a script. Early customers get founder-level support a 6,500-location platform can't duplicate.

How long does switching take?
Most single-location operators go live in about 14 days: migration in the first few days, configuration and training in week two, a parallel-run weekend, then cutover. Multi-location timelines are scoped up front.
Do we stop selling during the switch?
No. Your current system keeps running until cutover. Both systems run in parallel through a full weekend before you switch, so the store never closes and the team is never guessing.
What does migration include?
Products, customers, purchase history, loyalty balances, Metrc and compliance tags, tax rules, discounts, and employee roles and permissions. You review the migrated data before go-live.
What does the switch cost?
Migration, configuration and training are free, and you don't pay for CannaCtrl until you're live and selling on it.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. CannaCtrl is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Who owns our data?
You do. You can export your full data — products, customers, history — any time, free, even if you decide to leave.
